We want you to love what you ordered. If you wish to return the item, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

You MUST contact me within 2 days of your order being marked as delivered to
initiate a return.

- Return Item(s) must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery date.

-If the order is returned any later(verified by tracking number) I do charge a restocking fee of 20%.

-Custom orders are non-returnable(as they are made specific to your size and liking)
(For Custom Orders. Once an order is placed and production is begun, I am unable to accept changes or cancellations. Please carefully review your invoice and contact me immediately with any discrepancies)

-Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend you purchase insurance for your items.

-Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs

- Item(s) must be in original, unworn condition and free of odor.

-Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us.

-Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges.

-Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

-We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear or odor.
